compilation problem

C:\Users\textr\Desktop\Client-1.8.1>npm install ERROR: npm is known not to run on Node.js v12.3.0 You'll need to upgrade to a newer Node.js version in order to use this version of npm. You can find the latest version at https://nodejs.org/

hey how do i fix it?

Download and install the latest Node.js.

npm install npm@latest -g sorry, thought your npm is outdated. install latest node.js, https://nodejs.org/dist/v18.2.0/node-v18.2.0-x64.msi

it works but it pops up

It seems that some dependencies needed to run Electron are missing. Make sure you have git installed and the Node.js version> = 12.13.0

and I have a question in the sol client launcher folder should be the app-1.8.1 folder?
