"Write" page Changes

• [x] when user inputs an existing topic, it should take them straight to the page where they can become a maintainer
• [x] clicking on a tag on the write page should also take them to the topic page
• [x] don't display the "List is empty" message

@sterlingrules this is not working when I try it, clicking on the topics starts the email-centered workflow rather than taking you straight to WYSIWYG

To clarify: For example, when logged in, clicking the Facebook tag does not take you to the rich text editor at /topic/facebook/edit?

Correct, it sends an email to me for approval, but we want to go straight to the text editor.

Gotcha. I removed the email flow. Let me know if that's what you mean.
