[Feature]: Not able to upload images to cloudinary

Description

I saw the documentation, file upload is only supported for gcp and aws. What about cloudinary, i want to upload files to it.

Suggested Solution

I would like a new provider for cloudinary to upload images by providing the required api ids and other details
