Got error when try to create new user

I have installed all like in documentation from here - https://docs.adminjs.co/tutorials/adding-role-based-access-control, but when i try to create new user from /admin/resources/User/actions/new i got an error "There are validation errors - check them out below" and no additional info. I can modify user, but not create.

Only i have that problem?

That tutorial, while still partially useful, hasn't been updated in a while as stated at the top. Can you tell which step/fragment started causing issues?
