1. Added new workflow to trigger updating changelogs daily
2. Added python script to filter out required details of components from helm charts (components with no dates for eu zone 1 are ignored)
3. Updated changelogs.yml to better better log number of changed files
4. Removed redundant trigger workflows
5. TODO: replace manual jwt generation with Cumlocity/github-app-token@v1 (Will be done after c8y docs is migrated to Cumulocity repo)
