Fix a regression that post process run twice when uploading to printer

Tested export and upload for both Klipper and BBL machine

But now it still runs every slicing. I can't tell for all the users, but I usually do slicing multiple time before sending to the printer and slow postprocess script significantly slowing this process. I am forced to disable it during this tuning slice process and when my tuning slicing process is done I enable postprocess script and send it to the printer.

May be a checkbox named "run after every slicing" near the post script window may help with this issue.
