Not able to print first layer using "infill first" setting

How to reproduce
Slice any model and set "Print infill first" on.
Actual results
Even if the "Print Infill first" setting is on, in the first layer the infill is printed after the outer wall.
While on the other layers, the parameter is actually functioning, the infill is printed before the outer wall.
Expected results
Use the "Print infill first" setting also for the first layer

The same problem. Having trouble while printing many small details on the first layer.
The same on Orcaslicer 2.0
This is important for situations where bed adhesion is less than ideal. The infill helps the walls stick to the bed.
It seems to be the same case with Bambu Studio. I need this setting for low-adhesion plates.
Issue still exists, just like OP I'm trying to print a ton of small circles.
I instead reduced first layer print speed and disabled z-hop for first layer via only lift z above in printer extruder settings which helps but printing infill first would still be better.
Yes, that is very unfortunate, no idea how to fiy it?
Still not resolved.
I also need it to do infill first on first layer even with infill first option checked it will still do the outside walls first... this would help allot with not having travel lines on the first layer in your infill but only in your walls with z-hop
Still present in 2.2.0
Interested in this too. Printing small details with first layer is a pain. Having control over printing order for certain layers is important
It's done that way on purpose. I don't get it either though. Perhaps we need an extra 'even for first layer' setting.
Still an issue does anyone have a fix? I've opened other issues/suggestions that would also solve this, such as the ability to choose the order for all loops in the first layer with a similar interface and method to seam painting which is already built in. Just needs to be able to engage that and view the first layer separately from the rest of the object. Also being able to set retraction settings specifically for the first layer would really help (separate issue but related to bed adhesion as this is).
All in all I feel this issue could be expanded and combined with others and summarized as "please give people more direct control of all settings and loop print order for the first layer, even those usually set for the printer or filament, such as retraction settings"

Still an issue, I agree with @JulienBernard3383279
It is not really the solution, but a workaround. If you print a 1 layer raft layer, then it prints infill first.

I don't know about the others, but I mostly need first layer infill for the Multicolor Text printing and in my case this workaround doesn't work :(
Still super sucks this is still and issue, when doing a lot of text on the first layer, would be nice to ensure success with something to stick to, like infill.
