Bridges not being generated

How to reproduce

Import provided STL and slice with either generator

Actual results

As can be seen in the screenshot below, there are no bridges. If using Arachne, there will be one bridge line in one of the bridges, the other will still be outer wall but that single bridge starts and ends in mid-air.

Expected results

The two halves should be connected by a bridge.
