Add an option to enable/disable the update of "hms_xx.json"

Hello, is it possible to add an option to enable/disable the update of hms_xx.json files every time OrcaSlicer is launched? Unfortunately, not all languages are translated on the bambulab server. This would provide the ability to manually update files for those languages.
