How to reproduce

30% overhang, 3 wall, 0.48 inner wall, 0.4 outer wall. I don't know if Orca does it "right' and Prusa was wrong. But the fact of the matter is that the prusa gcode prints higher quality and doesn't unncessarily slow down

the green band is from a modifier. I know the speed legend is different but the point is to show the overhang detection

You have set your overhang speeds backwards. It should be 100%-100%-12-13 not 12-12-100%-100% :)
