Adding a new printer causes UI to lose printers

Anker M5 and/or M5c

How to reproduce

  1. Don't have any printers loaded (Might work with some already loaded, I am unsure)
  2. Add any Anker Printer

Actual results

Printer tab will load a 'default printer' but does not load the selected printer or it's profiles into the dropdowns until Orca is restarted

Expected results

Printer should be added with the selected nozzles

I believe this is the error causing the problem, but I'm somewhat at a loss to where to start fixing this.
