Seems that it's my fault. I don't have a Bambu printer. But a message in the login popup window would be nice
Got the same Problem. But i have an Bambu Printer. Is there a workaround or Bugfix?

i got the same problem here
Same here. Just installed for the 1st time. I tried on two different computers and only get the little white windows. :(
Same issue - first time user, only ever tried 1.7.0. Windows 10.
I am having the issue where the all I get is a blank white box popup when I click login. Using version 1.7.0, I am using the program on a Windows 11 Laptop.
Same issue. Tried with several compatibility options on Windows 10, but no luck.

As an update, I was able to get it to work, I added the Bambu X1C as a printer in the prepare section, it then gave me the prompt to install the bambu network plug. After I installed it, I went to the device tab and it still wasn't connecting to the printer, to which I then went back to the home and clicked login, a completely different size box opened up and then allowed me to log in. I am now logged in and able to connect to my X1C. If you are having problems make sure you have the network plug installed, if unsure follow the steps I went through and see if that will work for you.
I was able to resolve my issue by uninstalling, manually removing the contents of %AppData%/OrcaSlicer, re-installing and this time checking to install the network plugin. I logged in without issues and can see my device on first attempt.
I did not think to do this originally, since I already had Bambu Studio installed and recalled it came with such a plugin. Apparently Orca Slicer is not able to re-use that plugin, and it does not detect its inability to connect to Bambu servers. At least that is my guess.

confirmed. remove the the folders C:\Users%username%\AppData\Roaming\OrcaSlicer C:\Users%username%\AppData\Local\OrcaSlicer
Reopen OrcaSlicer and the 1st run will start again. This time tick the box to install the Bambu Network plugin and everything works just fine
Ok, I used a mix of this and I was able to log in. I believe it was the addition of the Bamboo Network Plugin, and not necessarily adding the X1C, but I did both. I did the folder deletion recommended by @DwayneGoddem first. (Note: the first time running OrcaSlicer afterwards, the app crashed. But it ran fine the second.) and then added the X1C (recommended by @schicker13) and the Network Plugin. So YMMV. Good luck.

I would agree that adding the X1C in itself isn't the fix, it just is what I did, somewhat by accident, that re-prompted the installation of the network plug without having to uninstall and reinstall the whole program
Same problem here. V180 W11
Same here with 1.80 release. I did see a note on the main README file that the network plugin is based on non-open code. I ended up opening Windows Sandbox for a clean test environment, installed Bambu Studio, and copied the entire plugins folder from C:\Users\WDAGUtilityAccount\AppData\Roaming\BambuStudio\plugins and then copied it into the OrcaSlicer folder also under Roaming. I didn't have an existing plugins folder, so this made a new one and then I was able to login.
I had a few printers installed and calibrated no less, so I did this a few ways on a virtual computer and the easiest way was to Empty recycle bin (Windows) ,delete these folders C:\Users%username%\AppData\Roaming\OrcaSlicer C:\Users%username%\AppData\Local\OrcaSlicer open the program, installed a bambu labs printer as I plan on getting one one day anyhow, opened up the program, naturally my printers and configs were gone.. closed the program, went into recycle bin, restored my deleted files, opened OrcaSlicer again and it was all there also allowing me to create an account
sounds like a lot, but it was easy to do. Thanks for the help on this.
Solution from MallocArray did not work for me.
But deleting the Local Folder did the trick, after starting the OrcaSlicer I could then install the Bambulab Network Plugin.

What solved it for me was opening the setup wizard by going to the "⌄" next to "File" in the top left. Then I clicked on "Help" -> "Setup Wizard" then I went through the setup wizard and made sure to click on the download bambu plugin option.
