Set other flow ratios->Support flow ratio for per ojbect does not work

How to reproduce

1. Have 2 objects that can generate support.
2. Under per object settings, change Quality->Set other flow ratios-> Support flow ratio or Support interface flow ratio to 0.1
3. Slice the plate, and change the view to flow.

Actual results

support flow for both objects are the same

Expected results

The object with modified support flow ratio should have a much lower flow for support.
