Distribute deb files

It would be usefull to have some prebuild deb files at https://github.com/Soft/xcolor/releases

I agree that having prepackaged deb files available would be a great addition. I have been thinking about setting up something like this at some point.

However, I don't personally use a Debian based distro at the moment, so figuring out how to do this hasn't been a top prioriority for me. Maybe I still get around to doing this at some point though. Pull requests are of course welcome.
