Monitor YouTube videos (and channels?)

Gather basic metrics (subscribers, star ratings, views, etc.) and changes in subscribers, views, and ratings.

This type of harvest is done on a separate schedule from the other content harvesting (ideally -- users could of course schedule a more frequent or infrequent harvest cycle for this).
