Allow header-less widgets

Provide an option within the widget settings that hides the title bar and even background color (or sets the background color) of the widget. This way we can have widgets can blend into the background which could look nice in some layouts.

Note: This means any refresh control, etc. that would normally be in the header must appear on mouse over, etc.
