Sanity checks for user settings

It would be useful to implement a range of additional sanity checks of user-supplied parameter settings at the start of the pipeline and print a warning message if potentially non-optimal settings are encountered. This could guide less experienced users to pick more appropriate settings.

List of settings we could consider checking:

• Noise scaling window size
• S+C spatial filter sizes relative to beam size
• S+C spectral filter sizes relative to velocity resolution
• S+C threshold
• Threshold finder and S+C both enabled?
• Linker radii and size thresholds
• Reliability threshold too high?
• Reliability minPixels and minSNR
