Help Users Find the New Nuget Package

@loekd,

In order to help users find the new Nuget package, can we put a message in the description of the old package pointing users to the new one?

Do you think it makes sense to unlist the old package?

The link in the description already redirects to here and I can't edit it for an existing version. I've put the new URL inside the documentation section. I'll wait a while and then unlist it.
