[invader-collection] Error or strip when either "./" "../" is used in input file.

Currently a broken tag collection tag will be created that causes undefined results when used. e.g. invader-archive creates a broken archive. this may be considered a different bug too.

This can easily happen if you pipe bash output to the input .tag_indices file
