Unlock disabled features on Halo demo (If possible)

Ideally if it is possible these features should be (optionally) restored:

• Listing all campaign levels
• Saving campaign checkpoints
• Loading campaign checkpoints
• Listing and loading custom/missing gametypes
• Multiplayer gametype editor
