Snow accumulating on coarse dirt makes the coarse dirt dissapear

Issue description

Weird thing, not sure if its a bug or a feature but when snow was accumulating in the terralith biome of yellowstone, the coarse dirt would dissaper under the snow accumulating, not all of them did but most did.
