Issue description

I tried out the falling snow mechanic where the snow would land on a rock or stick included in Motschen's "This Rocks!" mod, and the snow would only disappear and I am unable to place the snow on blocks that have one of the rock/stick items. Might be a nice addition to make the rocks and sticks be buried under the snow as well?
