Issue description

Despite the 1.21 documentation mentioning Lychee (NeoForge) as an option (and vaguely hinting towards it having a 1.21 release, as it's on the 1.21 docs), no such release exists (only versions that support Neo are on 1.20.1)

That said, I do notice there is no branch for 1.21 Neo, so this can also be a suggestion to remove the Neo listing from the documentation if this is not planned to be supported (as I'm well aware of how time-consuming it is to work on a mod, let alone maintaining several different branches)...

I do feel that it would be a great addition to the 1.21 modlist, because I haven't yet seen another mod that is capable of everything Lychee is, but it's way easier to say than do ahaha
