Overlay stuck in center/unable to adjust position

Issue description

While playing on a ATM10 server, the overlay has seemingly randomly decided to move to the center of the screen from the original position on the top. When going into the mod config to adjust, there is no way to move the overlay along the Y axis, and the X axis only slides the background over instead of the entire overlay. In a singleplayer world I was not able to replicate this issue, and the overlay is in the default position on the top. Reviewing the server files, I could not find anything that would force a position for the overlay. Reinstallation of the mod on the server side did not resolve the issue.

Hello, I can't reproduce this issue. Please make sure this bug is reproducible on a minimal setup, not a modpack with many other mods.

I had this issue playing ATM10 TTS, the issue happened after I automated the wither, despite using the "Wither Boss Death Muffler" from Mob Grinding Utils, the boss bar still affects Jade. You just need to go into the config and set the "Boss Bar Overlap" setting to "No Operation", this puts the overlay back.
