As per snowflake docs, there is SNOWFLAKE_CLI option for CLIENT_TYPES in authentication policy which is currently missing from terraform provider list

We're currently working on reaching GA (see Roadmap), and won't probably be able to address this before. This is a simple change and we are open for contributions - see our Contribution guide. The authentication policies sdk is here. Please remember to use the dev branch.
