Also experiencing this error on a fresh install of 0.44.0

Also getting this when trying to create a table on v0.46.0 (terraform version 1.1.8). I think it's something to do with privileges on the schema it's being created in but I can't quite figure out what.

It is already addresed and fixed in provider version 0.45.0
