Add support for running site in docker

Hi.

I would like to contribute one tutorial for this project, but unfortunately the installation of all dependencies was time-consuming, so I prepared the Dockerfile and docker-compose.yml files to install all required dependencies and running the web server with one command - docker-compose up.
