DBT Utils version needs updating

Quickstart: Accelerating data teams with DBT Cloud Issue: V 0.7.1 of dbt_utils, installed in step 7, is not compatible with the version of DBT currently in use on DBT Cloud.

Suggested solution: Update the copy-paste to v0.8.0

Looking through PRs, it appears that #211 will solve this once merged.
