Update dbt + data mesh quickstart guide to use provision app

One major piece of feedback we received about our Quickstart Guide is how many manual steps one has to do in order to use the guide. And so, this change removes the manual steps and replaces it with this Streamlit app to make the participant experience much smoother.

⚠️ Please merge this PR in ASAP! This change is required for a Snowflake webinar on 30 October. We plan to do the dry run on 28 October.
