Cookie component - unify element

We have 2 variants of cookie message component: Default and With Button. I think we should update at least naming - both variants have buttons (Default has icon button, With button has Text + icon button). TO DO:

  • Consult Alpaca cookie design with designer
  • unify/refactor variants in component
