Walking Cycle for low percentages

When CPU usage is low, the animation looks choppy, perhaps a separate walking animation would fit well?

Since the Launcher has the user's avatar sticking out of bounds I've not yet included a top down version. I'm looking for a proper solution

Since the categories are hard coded, having more or less than the standard causes them to be mixed up
