Well, all I see is that it doesn't copy an item from game, and just uses the same text that was in clipboard. Try disabling "Restore clipboard" in app settings....

I think that's a question to them. There's also possibility that item had too many mods and reached query string len limit

No changes has been made to keyboard related code for a long time, you can also enable key logging to see what it presses and if any of keys pressed...
