This UI component was external and had been abandoned by dev, so it was replaced with own simpler version. During the development, I found no reason to keep it draggable...

"awakened PoE will hang" what do you mean by that? Ho do you know it hanged? I mean does it respond to overlay key (Shift+Space)? Tray menu still works?

This was discussed in Discord, and it was concluded that there was no point in supporting them. This decision may be reconsidered if Sentinel goes into core game I welcome...

 Noticed that overlay positioned incorrectly, this is issue in electron-overlay-window implementation for mac. It should report size of client area (without title bar)
