Overlay enhancements

• Option to keep the overlay open, even after clicking the game window
  • Having to press the keybinds multiple times to sort dump tabs or rolling maps is very tedious
• [ ] Subfolders / Collapsable menu the menu gets crowded really quickly if you save a bunch of regex searches, and with the stash+inventory open there's not a lot of space to work with without covering something
• [x] ~Naming the searches~

I just opened a PR to add optional names and hotkey support to the stash searches. Didn't do subfolders/collapsible menus, sorry, maybe someone else is up for that?
