Adding the ability to check the amount of dust that gets from unique items by disenchanting

Hi there.

It would be great if we could check the amount of dust that potentially gives from some picked unique items.

My proposal - shows this info in the Item info window. Something like this:

I will create PR with these changes. But I'm not an expert in JavaScript and HTML/CSS so code can be with smell.

I made a build for my use with this functionality, so if someone wants to test it you can download it from https://github.com/alserom/awakened-poe-trade/releases (only Portable version for Windows)
