Reduce request count to poe api

Current api request limit is so low that its hard to price check items in bulk, so it could be nice to reduce unnecessary requests, here are couple of ways that i know about:

• remove auto search when we hover over "Search" button. Sometimes i just hover over it and it start search while i still dont want it
• allow to select online/offline and all other listing time filters before first search, i dont use it often but when i need it i have to search with add another api request with could be avoided
• Require more work: implement a way to add addictional mods (the same way as it is on official page) before making search, for example sometimes i want to search similar item just with added one or more mods and to do that i have to open it in browser but because it will start a search right after it open it adds one request to limit
