app doesn't work, dont show price for any item image

as I understand one of the problems was that I set the hotkeys in app and buttons in game on different keys. I have reseted them but there is still a problem: app is copying all about item but still doesn't work (also I tryed to paste info in this box [1] ) there is logs if u need them image image

Ignore the app, when YOU press Ctrl + Highlight + C the mods should be in clipboard.
