Request: Display action type on label line

Currently any entry is displayed like:

[Entry name] [edit][add][delete]

So I'm naming my entries to include things like "Button: " / "Filter: " / "Stick: "

May make sense to create icons for each type (Axis, Button, Filter, Event) and display them to the left of the label name. I don't think an icon for every plugin is needed, just a general category.
