Allow profile to start with input device disconnected

When attempting to start the profile with one or more input devices disconnected, the following shows in the log and the profile fails to start:

2021-09-01 17:32:28.7341 ERROR Failed to subscribe input: Could not find device Handle VID_0F0D&PID_00FE, Instance 0

Perhaps allow for the profile to start anyway, and have it poll for the existence of the controller when it becomes connected later?
