Metacard Structure

The bin metacard structure is sill undefined and is currently difficult to generate. Structure should be cleaned up and organized so it is easier to create

An XML metacard structure needs to be defined for these files, currently it is a text field that is poorly defined.

The intent of an XML structure will be to provide files that can be searched by text, but can also be queried by software (PCM Hammer, UniversalPatcher, etc)

Items to be tagged Stock/Modified (req) PCM ID (P59, E38, etc) OSID (req) HW ID (opt) Service ID (opt) Seed (opt) Vin (req) Year (req) Manufacture (req) Model (req) Trim (opt) Engine (req) Transmission (opt) Transmission type (req) Fuel (req) Displacement (req) Engine Model (opt) EngineCal (req) EngineDiag (req) TransCal (req) TransDiag (req)

Please keep identifying feature that should (or should not) be included in the metacard
