Windows1 10，取色功能异常

发生了什么？
只在重启的第一次截图时能正常取色，再次截图则无法正常取色。异常取色截图如下。

Windows 桌面
软件版本
2.10.5
升级为专业版就会出现这个问题，不升就没事。
