I can't select pin's, when i'm using my huion tablet
I'm using the newest snipaste version and huion tablet pro 22 with newest driver The issue is, i using "pin image" for reference on my tablet, but i can only change posision of this pin, when i'm using my mouse, but when i'm using my pen, i can't do anythink with it (Toggle mouse click-through is turned off). i noticed that turning on "Windows ink" in Huion driver fixed this issue a litle (i can change posision of pins using tablet, but only when pin is selected. When i selected photoshop (or any different window) i can't selected pin back, i need to use my mouse to select this back. Also even if this pin is selected, any buttons on tablet/pen doesn't work for the pin, so i can't change for example image processing. Also Snipaste preferences window akt exacly the same, like pin's) I also noticed that Microsoft Whiteboard is the only window, that i can selected and from this window i can select pins (but still buttons on tablet or pen doesn't work) Also interesting is that yesterday (i have new computer) everythink works perfecly fine (i could select pin's, while using photoshop and press "right click" on my pen, to editing pins)
I would be very pleased, if this issue can be fixed
From your description, it looks more like a problem of your tablet driver, not Snipaste.
My guess is that the pen is sending tablet/stylus events (WM_POINTER), not standard mouse events (WM_MOUSE).
I guess Snipaste’s UI code only listens to mouse events.
When Windows Ink is off, the pen is purely a stylus, the Huion driver does not send mouse events. When Windows Ink is on, I guess the driver sends some mouse events so you can at least drag pins around.
Find a way to configure the pen to emit mouse-like events, either globally or for Snipaste.
that was, a really old mail
I didn't have this problem for 2 years or even longer, but non the less, thanks for the reply
