Update to the proxy to allow --workers=

Hey Snipa,

what is the allow --workers= for?

Also is there a way to make start a multithreading or balancer for this in any way for many connections?

So just searching a way to speed it up a little bit for many connections.

This already supports multithreading, --workers= lets you limit the number of threads generated. The idea is that it will natively spawn 1 thread per CPU.
