Adding Intense ITNS support

Kim,

Do you know if this was added? Or if its scheduled to be added? If not do you know if we can use the forked version to mine still xmr and intense?

@Snipa22 .. would you please review this and merge if possible. This not only adds support for ITNS, but for all bytecoin based coins (like Turtle coin ...etc). I would really appreciate your reviewing/merging to avoid many community members running different forks of the best proxy there is :)

ITNS forked to use Cryptonight Variant 1 (same algo as Monero). This PR is obsolete and should be closed.
