Just realized that Fee wallet has never been paid

Any help on how to troubleshoot this, as I have checked all values and cannot see what is wrong?

feeAddress is set correctly feesForTXN = .01 exchangeMin = 10 walletMin = .15

Checked DB, and can see that the Fee Wallet address is present, with poolType of fees Fees owed = 55, which meets the requirements to be paid out.

All other payouts are working fine to miners.

Nothing appears in the payments log. Almost as if it is skipping it.
