Some accounts and passphrase do not match

Hello! This message suddenly appeared, without me having reinstalled the plugin, or made any changes to the computer. I am sure that the password is correct and that no one else has used this computer. I looked for other similar problems and could not solve it, since, unfortunately, I backed it up after saving the password. Does anyone know how to proceed?

This happened to me a few times when I was still using chrome, but it always let me in after I tried enough, think it might happen when you encrypt it with more than one password by accident. @ThePlenkov are there any console messages when it happens?
