[Feature Request] Add custom tag if under a library name

Tachiyomi uses tags to find out what reading mode it should be. If something has the word "manwha" or "webtoon," it will use the long strip reading mode. Most of the time providers don't give this information, so it would be nice if I can input a custom tag that would automatically be applied to all items under a specific library.
