Pull Requests Rules / Guide lines.

Hi Komf Support team.

I would like to add two providers.

I had looked for a contribute.md and search all issues for any guidelines on creating a pull request. It would be really nice if you can guide me on 1) if the projects supports / allows public pull requests, 2) if the 2 suggested providers below would be allowed.
