[Feature Request] Komf locking Publication Status on Completed Entries

I am looking into an issue with komf + Kavita where Mangadex is marking a manga as Completed, but the Count logic in Kavita, can sometimes override that. A toggle in Komf that would allow us to lock that field should fix it, as a Completed Manga title is not likely to change ever again. For those who do not need this feature, they could simply never opt-in.

Perhaps I am having some other issue with komf that I don't realize but every other function of komf + Mangadex seems work perfectly via the Kavita API.
