AI dropping pipebomb and grenades when they should'nt

Hello, I'm running custom loot on the AI that they should drop. It all works fine except that DZAI decides to sometimes give them a addition in their backpack. This addition is 2-5 grenades and 0-3 pipebombs. This is ruining the server a bit since its a item needed to be kept rare and balanced. I have searched through all DZAI files for "pipebomb" and it does not show up anywhere.

What is causing this to happen? I am running custom loot and I can tell because they drop exactly what I give them in the config. The problem is just the extra pipebombs and grenades that come from absolutely nowhere.

Would be wonderful if I could get help solving this. Been trying for months now to find a solution.
